    Hi Andrew,
    In what format are the recordings made? As a .TS or as an .MP4?
    Phones can sometimes have problems with .TS files. For example, download VLC player on your phone to play .TS files. Or set in the Innovv app to record in .MP4.

    Are you using the right app? I don’t read which camera you use the app for. But the K series and the H camera have their own specific app.
