So.. I did more troubleshooting.
I pulled the card to see what was on the card. Video to store and car wash are all there in 3 min clips as I would expect. I got video the whole way home from the car wash to when the unit shut off after I turned off the ignition in the garage.
My video to town are all 3 min clips. Coming home from car wash, I have some strangeness. I have 5 3 min clips, then a string of 4 seconds, 52 seconds, 17 seconds, 4 seconds, 9 seconds, 4 seconds, 3 seconds, then back to 3 min that ends with me entering the garage, and the last 22 seconds after I shut off the bike… IT NEVER COMES BACK ON.
don’t know if this helps determine if the unit is dead… but as far as I’m concerned it’s dead, and need to figure out how to do a warranty replacement of the unit.
I’ve opened a ticket.. but have not received any email in that regard, and silly how I can’t view my ticket status through the website.
