So people with Innovv cameras don’t typically wash their bikes with pressure washers and pay attention to where high pressure is being directed? I personally don’t know any adventure bike rider that rides on dirt roads that doesn’t use a pressure washer to clean their bikes.

I’m pretty sure I didn’t need to direct any high pressure to the area where the front camera was just installed. I also did not find ANY moisture in the sd card door area, I opened and used a tissue to see if there was moisture.

Either way, my unit is dead.

Are you suggesting that I somehow voided the warranty by using a car washing system? If not, how do I go about getting a replacement DVR unit?

(not sure if you’re just an administrator of the forum, or officially connected to Innovv. Since I have not gotten any email regarding my ticket….seems like FB and this forum are the support process there)
