Reply To: Over-writing Files when Memory Card is full.

I have just come across this same issue on my recordings. I have always used PC for formatting but until recently I changed my memory card for each full day trip so had never had to loop and record over.

Annoyingly, the camera always records 1 minute sections regardless of what I set the app to loop at. It defaults back to 1 minute constantly.

I have just taken the card out after a few trips and the card is full. There are file names for all the recordings that should have been overwriting the oldest files but their content is 0kb.

From the thread in this query, do I expect that by formatting via the app, the loop recording will work ?

I am using a 128gb card and it will take a few days or a week to fill it completely to see if it has done the trick.
