    Hi Stephen,
    Can you give more info about:

    • Type of SD card, which class etc?
    • Have you formatted the SD cards using the Innovv app?
    • What indications do the LEDs on the remote control give?
    • Have you connected the yellow switch wire correctly?
    • Have you also checked whether there are recordings in accident/protected recordings?
    • And more….?

    In short, the more info you can give, the better we can hopefully help you. At the moment, the information you have given is quite brief.
