K3 keeps rebooting and cannot connect to wi-fi. Blue light on power supply is blinking. Camera light comes on gps comes on blinks once and stays on. Wi-fi light blinks 4 times and goes out. Then camera and gps light go out and it starts over. Installed update on sd card but no change.
