Can’t access videos recording through k7 hotspot
DVR is under the seat
I need to access my recording throught the hotspot as I lost my BMW Key ( keyFob) and want to know where it fell ( on a short ride)
SD Card under the lock seat so I can’t access SD Card
I can connect to the K7, see live cam, but can’t list video recordings to access them, download them onto my mobile phone
Any ideas why I can’t list Video files ??
It was set a 1 minute video, the SDCard is 512 GB

What a surprise !
1. Yes it can access my file
2. If you download(HotSpot/WiFi) them and play them within the APP, the interface is amazing
Example : you can play a video, you see at the same time, your BIKE moving on the MAP (speed, location etc) and at the same time, the picture of the CAM ! If you want to go full screen, no problems

Someone brought it back to some Pawn shop where it felt

Hi Jeff,
The K7 should also work with the Innovv app.
Videos should be viewable via ‘Camera Files’, watch directly from the camera or via ‘Local Files’ downloaded videos.
It could be that your phone does not have the correct codecs.Anyway, you have your key-fob back and that is the most important thing.
