I just purchased the H5 unit a couple months ago.
Finally got around to trying to use the unit and the battery would not hold a charge. At first it held a charge for a few minutes now not at all.
Tried 3 charging cables and blocks, will not charge.
After 3 emails to cusyo.er support asking the same questions and giving the same responses just finally giving up.
I asked to return it and got a response from someone in sales asking if I had the original box and I said yes but again nothing after that.
I just need the battery replaced and cannot get it done.
So I either buy a new battery from them out of my pocket or just junk tje camera.
