    You can format the SD card with the app.
    Are you inserting the SD card into your phone? Or are you seeing the card error in the Innovv app?

    Please provide more information:
    – What actions are you taking when you get the error?
    – What brand of phone are you using?
    – What have you already tried to solve the problem?
    – Any additional information?
