    Bad Battery

    I just purchased the H5 unit a couple months ago.

    Finally got around to trying to use the unit and the battery would not hold a charge. At first it held a charge for a few minutes now not at all.

    Tried 3 charging cables and blocks, will not charge.

    After 3 emails to cusyo.er support asking the same questions and giving the same responses just finally giving up.

    I asked to return it and got a response from someone in sales asking if I had the original box and I said yes but again nothing after that.

    I just need the battery replaced and cannot get it done.

    So I either buy a new battery from them out of my pocket or just junk tje camera.

    Hi Richard,
    Did you buy the H5 directly from Innovv or via another Innovv dealer?

      Seems like a decent camera for what I wanted it for.

      I have a go pro also but this is easier for a quick run. It is a simple fix it is under warranty.

      I was going to buy thier k7 camera system but after this no.

      I ordered one from another vendor this morning.

    Have been emailing innovv directly and it is frustrating.

    Everything you answer they come back with the same questions.

    They have been of no help.
