Hi Graeme,
1:
Is it possible that when you turn it on, your phone is still connected to another WiFi network?
Do you not have a VPN turned on?
What exactly do you do to connect to your K7? Is the WiFi of the K7 turned on at that moment?2:
When you connect the K7 using WiFi with your phone, your phone sees this connection as the access route to the internet. But the K7 is not a connection to the internet, it is only a ‘hotspot/wifi’ connection to your K7. This may be the reason why your phone is reporting that there is no internet connection. After all, your phone (Android) is constantly looking for a connection to the internet.-
Hi Hans, when I turn the camera on I am also connected to my home WiFi I don’t have the VPN connected. I have just sorted it out. Thanks brother.🙃

Normally, your phone expects every WiFi connection to have access to the Internet. Most WiFi access points can reach the internet.
The K7 is using a WiFi access point only to send imagery to your phone. There is no need for the internet of course.
In other words, ignore the “no internet” message.
A lot of smart devices and cameras use WiFi connections for setup and the “no internet” message is common.

I am having the same problem. I do have a VPN, so I’ll make sure it’s disconnected. Do I connect to the house internet or the K7 connection?

Hi Stephen,
Connect to K7 Wifi if you want to:- Download videos and photos to your phone.
- View videos and photos directly from the K7 on your phone (Innovv app -> Camera Files).
- Adjust settings in the K7 using the Innovv app.
Connect to your home internet if you want to:
- View videos downloaded to your phone (Innovv app -> Local Video) with simultaneous displays of your location while recording.
