    Hi Tim,

    There are two options to reset the password.
    1: Press the button on the remote for 10 seconds.
    2: Perform a firmware update.

    In both cases the K3 will be reset to the factory settings.

    Have you first turned on the ignition for the first option? And you can keep those 10 seconds a bit longer, it can be more than 13 seconds.
    If the first option doesn’t work, do the second option. Then your K3 is also equipped with the latest firmware version.
