I set the format to MP4 this morning, recorded a couple of files, downloaded one and attempted to view them on my phone. The result was the same as for the .TS files. It is an Innovv K5 and the phone is a Pixel 4a (5G)

I have the one with the red logo. It still crashes every time I try to view a video file on the phone.

Come to think of it, I don’t think that there was a choice of which Innovv app to install. I just searched for “INNOVV app” and it found one and I installed it. How can I tell if it is the correct one?
