i did figure it out last night you were right about the ACC i was using

emails with INNOVV led me to believe it was a bad converter on BOTH units , they said my install was correct and the flashing blue light would suggest it was

2x K3 out of box not working

I installed the unit per directions SD card new and formatted installed …Bike battery voltage 13.8, Blue light on converter solid until i turn the bike on then it blinks blue (normal) , the remote will not turn on unless i disconnect the yellow wire and touch it to a positive then the remote camera icon comes…
