2x K3 out of box not working

I installed the unit per directions SD card new and formatted installed …Bike battery voltage 13.8, Blue light on converter solid until i turn the bike on then it blinks blue (normal) , the remote will not turn on unless i disconnect the yellow wire and touch it to a positive then the remote camera icon comes on green and flashes a few times slowly then goes out Wifi will not come on at all ….not even a light this repeats and will not stop doing this even with bike turned off …I plugged a Power bank direct to the DVR and the same thing happens except WIFI blinks slowly but will not go solid and i cannot connect …..I have 2 of these units and they both do the same thing

    Hi Aaron,
I suspect that you have a power problem with your motorcycle. Can you also measure the voltage when the engine of your motorcycle is running? Did you connect the red and black wire directly to the battery?
I also suspect that the acc connection (yellow wire) is not connected to a good switched power supply. Does this yellow wire receive enough power when the ignition is turned on?
The blue LED should normally be on continuously. If it flashes, this means that the battery voltage is not correct.
If not enough power is supplied, it is possible that when the Wifi wants to start up, the K3 will fail because not enough power is supplied. Wifi requires more power
I do not know if you are trying to connect with an Android or iPhone. But iPhones can sometimes have difficulty connecting to an Innovv camera via wifi. Advice is to put the iPhone in airplane mode and then manually connect to wifi.
You have the same problem with 2x K3, have you also tried a different power module? I think the problem lies with the connections and the power supply of your motorcycle.

      Aloha Hans

i did figure it out last night you were right about the ACC i was using

emails with INNOVV led me to believe it was a bad converter on BOTH units , they said my install was correct and the flashing blue light would suggest it was

All the connections are correct Battery voltage when running 14.3v The blue light is steady when the bike is off and flashes slowly when the ACC power comes on this was normal but i decided to connect the yellow wire to my HEXcan that had an open port…and that did the trick it all functions as it should now.

I Appreciate your feedback very helpful
