After much toing and froing with support, sending pictures of my install, being offered a replacement, then being told &#8220;wait, check this, a tech spotted this, etc etc etc&#8221; I finally got them to swap out the radar unit itself. I&#8217;ve switched it out, there was no damage to the original,&hellip;</p>

It&#8217;s a strange one as it was perfect and I was really impressed with it.</p>

<p>I&#8217;ll report back in after checking with the multimeter, thanks for the reply Hans.</p>

On my Guzzi V7 I have a thirdeye watch version installed, it&#8217;s been on about a month and has been fine, in fact really impressive. However over the last day or so, it&#8217;s developed a fault where by it does not display individual alert lights, no matter what side a vehicle approaches from,&hellip;</p>
