<p>The K7 using the app does not format this card (512gb with EXFAT). Hence my question about Fat32 vs EXFAT</p>
<p>The K7 works with a smaller card running at 110mb/s and have done the software update (the file disappears afterwards which I understand is normal.</p>

<p>my system only seems to be saving all the time yey only get a few videos on the card, these videos are only 30ish seconds long instead of the specified 3 minutes.</p>
<p>tried all the previous advice already.</p>
<p>I deleted the files off the card via the PC, inserted the&hellip;</p>
