My Samsung microSDXC UHS-I card came formatted EXFAT but innovv only mention FAT32.

my system only seems to be saving all the time yey only get a few videos on the card, these videos are only 30ish seconds long instead of the specified 3 minutes.

tried all the previous advice already.

I deleted the files off the card via the PC, inserted the card into the K7 powered up for 15 minutes and all thats appeared on the card is the files and folders that I had just deleted (32 seconds in length with a bird flying past the workshop)

    Hi Graham,
It is best to format the SD card using the Innovv app. This way, the SD card is configured correctly for the K7. My advice is also to format the SD card with the app if you have read the SD card in a computer. It can sometimes happen that when an SD card is read in a computer, something is changed on the SD card that prevents the K7 from working with the SD card properly.

    Hi Hans.

The K7 using the app does not format this card (512gb with EXFAT). Hence my question about Fat32 vs EXFAT

The K7 works with a smaller card running at 110mb/s and have done the software update (the file disappears afterwards which I understand is normal.

    Hi Graham,
Is the card being detected, or is the Innovv app already giving a message that the card is not seen? You could try Fat32. Fat32 offers better compatibility than ExFat. If the SD card is then accepted by the Innovv, you can still format it using the Innovv app.
Based on my own experience with other Innovv models, it shouldn’t matter how the card is formatted.
It is correct that with the firmware update, the update file is deleted once the update has been performed.
