I have been using this product for a few weeks and while at the beginning I was able to see the video files, now I have nothing. Am connected correctly as I can switch over the live feed easily. Green light flashing too, am definitely connected, but refreshes and just shows an empty folder. Any suggestions please? Thanks in advance</p>
