When you do the reset via the button what is supposed to happen? Do you just switch on the bike and hold the button for the 10sec, are all the lights supposed to go off and while you hold it and restart/light back up? I’ve re-downloaded the latest firmware, deleted the same version that was on the SD card, reloaded the downloaded version, installed the SD card, switched on the bike. The green camera light does nothing?

Also serial 7 in FAQ on K3 page. What should I do if I forget the Wi-Fi password? clearly states:

Please kindly long press the Function Button on the Remote Control for 10 seconds to reset the K5 to the factory default Settings. Then you could easily reconnect the K5’s Wi-Fi with the default password 12345678.

The firmware is already up to date was done back in July. So unless there a way to wipe it it’s not going to update as it’s already up to date, no?
