My son purchased the N1 Pro and the screen got cracked. He was told to purchase a new one and they would give him a 10% off coupon. In this day and age, this seems crazy. Another $290 after spending $320.

I work in IT and on a daily basis I replace every possible piece that is broken on all types of technology. It should be a no-brainer…
