<p>I wanted to let you know I found the issue with the app not opening. Support suggested turning off mobile data and/or data roaming. That it can interfere with the wifi.  I tried it with no luck. Here is what I figured out. I run Nord VPN/antivirus app on my phone. I first tried pausing the VPN feature, with no luck. So I deleted the Nord&hellip;</p>

Still have the issue. I have messaged support. Hopefully they will be able to help. The app either has a glitch or there is a phone setting that needs to be changed. </p>
<p>The R6 board seems more active. So, I am going to post my question over and see what kind of response I get. </p>

I connect to wifi no problem. The camera shows solid green light. When I try to open any function on app it tells me to connect to wifi. Even though it is already connected. Camera operates as it should and is recording. Seems the issue is with the app. I tried deleting and reinstalling the&hellip;</p>
