I still use the inline power adapter supplied. The camera remains active for quite some time after ignition off. I will double check the timings though.

It is connected to the battery via usb . It powers up when ignition is switched on.

The only other setting I change is the watermark – this also is never retained.

I have just come across this same issue on my recordings. I have always used PC for formatting but until recently I changed my memory card for each full day trip so had never had to loop and record over.

Annoyingly, the camera always records 1 minute sections regardless of what I set the app to loop at. It defaults back to 1 minute constantly.…
