My K7 will not now connect via wifi to my Iphone 13. Has been working fine for 6 months prior.

I choose the Innov wifi option on my phone and it connects but via 5G not Wifi.

Then I cannot see any vids or pics and get the message attached…

Tried turning off Data roaming, tried it in airplane mode, still doesnt show the Wifi symbol on my phone.…
