I’m all good now. I place a ticket with support explaining the situation. Next day, they updated the app version to 3.8.1, downloaded it and works seamlessly from the onset. Now I can mount my cameras permanently.

I’m having same issue but with an iPhone 13 mini. Done the firmware update using 32 GB card and changed over to 512 GB. Been troubleshooting with 32GB as well.
