Can’t Connect K7 To iPhone, Why???

I’ve spend several hours over 3 days trying my best to install the K7 dashcam on my 2009 Harley Ultra. I can’t figure out how to connect the K7 to my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I have watched several “how to” youtube videos and none of them help me. Why doesn’t “innovv” show up in my phones list of possible wi-fi connections? My phone shows the connection for my home’s Internet modem and a half dozen or more neighbor’s networks but not Innovv. Why? How do I get connected? I have given the app the permissions the instructions require. The remote control gizmo on my handlebars shows a steady light on the video symbol and the GPS symbol. The wi-fi symbol shows a slow flashing blue light. WTF? Doesn’t that mean it is trying to connect via wi-fi. Why do youtube videos show the selection for connections as WLAN? That is not an option that shows on my phone. It just shows, “wi-fi” connections. This is maddening to spend several hundred bucks and hours and hours making damn sure my wiring is meticulous and clean and protected but I can’t make the darn thing function. Help, please, thanks.

Hi Vance,
iPhones sometimes have trouble connecting to an Innovv camera.
What can help is to put the iPhone in Airplane mode and then manually connect to the wifi with the Innovv camera.

I’m having same issue but with an iPhone 13 mini. Done the firmware update using 32 GB card and changed over to 512 GB. Been troubleshooting with 32GB as well. I get videos on both cards, but unable to connect camera in the app. App was updated 3 days ago. Turned off VPN, done the airplane mode and about everything else seemed on YouTube to no success. 4 hours working this issue so any good insights will be appreciated.

I’m all good now. I place a ticket with support explaining the situation. Next day, they updated the app version to 3.8.1, downloaded it and works seamlessly from the onset. Now I can mount my cameras permanently.

    Hi George,
    The K2 app isn’t the correct app. You need the “general” Innovv app, the one with the red logo.
    iPhones also sometimes have trouble establishing a Wi-Fi connection with the Innovv camera. Try putting your iPhone in airplane mode and then manually establishing a Wi-Fi connection with the Innovv camera.
