Thank you very much for going out of your way to reply. I have looked at the button and it seems to be ok. It clicks when I press it, so I guess it isn’t stuck. I will try to run the unit without the button connected and see if that does anything. These are only a few months old but sadly i didn’t think to ask the shop who installed them…

I have checked the remote button and it seems fine—it clicks normally when I press it. I tried holding it down, but the camera light still just comes on for around 30 seconds and then reboots.

I am having a major issue with my INNOVV K7 and am hoping someone here can help.
