  Micro SD Extension Cable

  I’ve installed my K7 in the boot of a 4th gen MX5, the main unit is behind the felt trim. This makes accessing the SD card a bit of a chore.

  I’ve found and have been using an SD Extension cable that I thought i’d mention in case it is useful for anyone else. These are available in many lengths, I think I have 48cm.

  I attached it to the tank shield with 3M transfer tape and Velcro to the body of the car.

  It is tucked out of sight and also convenient to access the SD card.

  The interesting thing is that it does not work on a PC, but works fine with the K7.

  At any rate, I thought I’d share it in case it is useful for others.
