A few problems have appeared on my K7.
1. Now then I noticed past few runs that random sections of video were not recorded. Can be as much as 30min worth.
Yesterday some new problems arisen.
2.The time sequence on the recordings went from 13:49 to next one 20:01 time stamp and continued with this wrong time . This was nonsense as run was in the afternoon, at same time the 20:01 video clip was a section much further down the road which again indicated a section was missing. as per 1. above.
3.Front and rear camera times are not always in synch for the same stretch of road being filmed.
4. Sometimes there is a front vid recorded with no rear and vice versa.
Obviously a glitch somewhere, any thoughts?

Hi Karel,
Did the K7 work properly before? If so, can you check what has changed since these problems started? Does the SD card meet the specifications set by Innovv, meaning a write speed higher than U1? Are the missing recordings not stored in the protected videos or accident videos folder? And are all connectors still securely fastened and free from moisture?
Is there no power outage, not even a brief one?
