App connection
Hi all
I’ve have just fitted my K 7 system to my bike but cannot get the system to connect to my phone via the app , system is working ok as I have footage on the SD card and im using an iphone 13
Anyone have a similar issues

Yes on iphone 15 Pro Ma
I find the wifi connect in settings just spins and never connects
But, while it is spinning just slide wifi to OFF and back on again and it connects instantly
Let me know if that works?

HI just tried that and although the wifi connects , if you try to look at anything in the app camera , it tells you to connect to the device and wont do so

Hi David,
iPhones can sometimes have a bit more trouble making a wifi connection with an innovv camera.
The advice is to put the iPhone in airplane mode and manually make the wifi connection with the Innovv camera. -
Do you happen to have a VPN app running on your iphone ? Just in case… Me I had to TurnOff NordVPN for the app to connect
Also, once it show as connected, I have to wait a bit 2-5 seconds before going back in the app to use click one of the icons. If I try to use the App ” right after the connection is establish”, too early, it fail.
