Hallo, I have read that the app doesn’t need to be active for the camera to be recording. However I was riding yeserday with the app inactive and no recordings were made ? Any suggestions?

Did you see the red/green light on when starting motorcycle?

Hi Adam, thanks. I just rechecked and I found video fo yesterday except that it stopped at midday and the SD-card wasn’t full – any clues ?

You don’t need the app to make recordings.
There can be several reasons why the recording stops spontaneously:- card defective
- power problem of the K6
- connectors not tightened properly
- moisture in the connectors
- SD card not formatted properly. Format it using the Innovv app.
- an SD card that is not fast enough, at least U3.
- etc.
