    If I change settings / configuration, are those effective immediately ?

    Example :

    Suppose I had recording set to 5 minutes g ( around 500 MB per file)…

    I ride. Stop and open the App and change it to 1 minutes files (recording).

    Will the next file be 100 MB(1 minute) or I need to ShutDown my bike and start again the bike / device ?

    Hi Jeff,

    As far as I know changes are implemented immediately.
    But this is also easy to test…

      For resolutions and config change yes, easy test

      For file size (1m, 3m, 5m), as I can’t access files from my phone, that I can’ validate until I get back home (PC). Working on that file access problem with innovv… They suggested me to format my SDCard from within the App and not my PC

      Note : Pict, Videos can be access without problems from my PC

    Hi Jeff,
    It is true that you should format the SD card using the app and not a computer.
    You can’t access video files from your phone… You can’t play them with the app or download them?

      When formated from my Computer in FAT32 ( 512 GB SDCARD) the K7 DVR can record properly and I can play them or see picts from my PC

      But I can’t read the files/Folders from within the App

      When I have a minute, I will follow innovv support recommendation and will format the SDCARD using the App and see if now the App can access the files.

    Is it possible that your phone cannot play MP4 files? Try playing the files with the VLC player app from VideoLan. It does not work with another phone either.

    Do you see the files in the app, but you cannot start them or do you not see them at all?

    If you want to play them, did you download them first? Or do you watch the recordings directly via the app from the camera?

    If you get an error message on the screen, what is it?

      The app ” can’t see the files “.

      Been taking care of my GrandSon for the last 2 days ( Kindergarden problem lol),

      I will be able to test all that tomorrow (format from the app, etc)

    formatted 32 GB SDCard from within the app and installed the last firwmare

    Formatted a 512 GB SDCard from within the App as suggested

    recorded a video and took a pict

    I was able to access those from the App without problems within a few seconds ( less than 3)

    SOLVED
