So been having issues for the last 18 months and about to rip this POS system out!
As so many people have discussed, I have nothing but the black screen on the app. Not to mention most times it takes me a few times of cycling power on and off to even get the camera to connect. Airplane mode doesn’t work. Turning off cellular won’t allow me to connect. Open the app and get nothing but a spinning circle trying to connect. I’ve reset the system back to default. I’ve formatted the sd card via the app. Tried a new smaller 128 gB sd card. Nothing works.

In October 25 you said: “Nothing has changed, but worked all weekend. So I do not know what happened. Thank you for your reply and follow-up.”
Then April 5 you indicate a new problem. Your post DID work, so I think you can post as much as you need.
Also in October you noted you did not install the “remote”…. do you mean the buttons?

Hi Corey,
In your first message you mention that you cannot post a message, but you are actually writing a message. In short, you can post a message.
Additionally, you mention that you are having many problems but that it also works well. So what has changed that it no longer works? Have you changed a setting on the K7 or on your phone? Or started using a different phone?
The K7 does not connect via cellular data, so that cannot be the cause. But to help with solutions:
Do you have a virus scanner/firewall or a PN enabled? These are also often the cause of a black screen in the app. -
Well, I kept getting, and still keep getting an error about not being able to post right now. It has always been an issue, and I just dealt with it. Meaning didn’t use it. Yes, it did work that weekend only. Now I have a big ride coming up and wanted to use it, but I can’t. I tried 3 different phones. 2 iphones and a samsung phone. Correct, the buttons meaning the remote control.

So seems I cannot post from my phone. Weird. But oh well.
I do not have a vpn or firewall installed. I also tried an app called Viidure and same issue. Just get the black screen with spinning wheel.

If you are also having problems with the K7 on an Android, you can try reflashing the firmware.
Both cameras are recording correctly, so no image loss due to a defective camera?
I see on your screenshots that the SD card is still completely empty. I read that you formatted the SD card using the Innovv app, but did you put the SD card in a computer again afterwards? An SD card that has been read in a computer can also cause problems. So, after reading the SD card in a computer, format the SD card again using the Innovv app. Does the SD card also meet the specs set by Innovv? That is, a write speed higher than U1.
What happens if you do connect the remote control? Right now, you also have no indication of what is happening. The blinking of the LEDs on the Renote control can also provide an indication of what is going wrong; you are missing this information now.

You are incorrect about the cameras working fine. They do not record at all.
The SD card is brand new today. A Samsung Evo Plus 128gB. It came out of the package and inserted and formatted right in the K7. Still is in there. That is why there is not anything on the SD card. I cannot take a picture, it fails. The video does not record.

If you don’t see any recordings—after all, you have a black screen in your app—how do you know that your cameras are working? You say yourself that the video is not being recorded. But do you actually have video feeds in the app?
If you connect the remote control and try to take a photo using the remote control, does that work?
