    Hi, i was wondering if anyone can help me out. I have the innov k7 on my bike. When i first installed the cameras i could see all videos on my android phone. 4 weeks down the line i wanted to look at my videos on my phone but this showd up blank. I tried my sd card in my laptop and all the videos are there.

    Any help is very much appreciated.

    Hi Terry,
    Can you describe which screen remains empty?
    How do you try to watch the videos? Please describe step by step what you do.
    What is the G-sensor setting in the app?

      I have same issue ,I can view files on lap top ,but can’t access them on the app, folder is empty, of any videos, I was able to view them other week but week before I couldn’t 😕 now I can’t for some reason

        Hi David,
        If you watch the videos via the laptop, in which folder are they located? You need to look in the same folder in the app as well.
        What steps do you take to view the videos in the app?
        Additionally, it is possible that if you have watched videos on the laptop, they are no longer visible in the app. Sometimes, if an SD card is read in a computer, it is not recognized correctly by the camera afterwards. Try formatting the SD card with the app, then make a recording, and then check in the app first to see if you can view the recordings.
        It is also possible that if you have made multiple recordings, it takes a bit longer before you see the thumbnails.

    Strangly I have the same issue, the camera has been functioning fine for the last 2months. After today’s ride I connected to the k7 wifi, opened the innov app, selected the screen that shows the camera videos, continuous videos and nothing. I then checked accident and parking folders and again nothing.

    Looking at the setting I can see the sd card is about half full.

    Inhave looked and downloaded videos in thebpastbwith nonproblems, somi know the steps in which to do this.

    Any ideas?

    A bit of investigation.

    Removing the sd card and placing it in a laptop,twonfolders are shown MOVIE_E and EMR_E. Within these I can see/watch all of the video clips as expected.

    Put the card back into the k7 unit, and they still don’t show up in the app.

    The memory card is 512Samsung. I wonder if the app is not capable of handling a large number of clips?

    hi,

    I have the same issue here. In the app I can’t see the files (empty), but when putting the samsung SD card in the computer everything is visable.
    It worked in the beginning

    I have the same issue. This has happened multiple.times. I think the app is not capable of showing a lot of clips.

    I am using a 512 Samsung cars. K7 has been installed for over a year.

    When the card is freshly formatted, after each ride i can see the clips, however once the card is about 60% the clips stop showing on the app, but they do show on the sd card in a laptop. Once the card is formatted, and after a ride i can then see the new clips.

    I have reported this issue before on the forum, but no fix was provided.

      Hi Euan,
      Retrieving all the video clip thumbnails takes quite a bit of time. You can optionally increase the Loop Recording Duration. This will make the recordings longer, but the number of thumbnails will decrease.
      Regarding formatting the SD card, do you do this using the computer or the Innovv app? If this is done using the computer, the SD card might not get the correct format, which affects its operation. Even reading the SD card with a computer can affect the format of the SD card. The advice is therefore to always format the SD card using Innovv. This ensures the SD card gets the correct format for the K7.
