Creating video with dual views

To create a video with both front and rear views i use video editing software. The Kdenlive program is free and has many professional options.

Hi Hans – I’ve installed kdenlive. There is a tutorial but it looks like heavy going.

The preview on my phone shows picture-in-picture. Does that mean I can save the video in that format? Otherwise I’ll have to bite the bullet and try and follow the tutorial!

Hi Martin,

Kdenlive takes some getting used to, but once you know the tricks you can do a lot with it.

The picture-in-picture as you see in the app is not saved that way. 2 separate video files are created, one from the front camera and one from the rear camera.
