    Disconnect or not to charge battery

    Good evening members ,quick one ,is it necessary to disconnect the k6 when charging the battery on the motorcycle or not

    Hi David,
    You don’t need to disconnect the K6 when charging the battery. After all, the battery charges while driving too 😉
    Disconnecting is also not necessary if you use a CAN-bus battery optimizer.

    Good evening Hans and thankyou for the fast reply, I have a Nocos genius intelligent charger for the other bikes but they haven’t got the innovv k6 fitted so be easier to just charge whilst on the bike ,didnt want to have to reset the innovv every time .
