My K7 system is built into my Velomobile. When I watch the recorded videos, they are between 20 and 60 seconds long. I see on the sd card alternating recordings from the front and rear camera. Both the recordings from the front and rear camera do not connect to each other. So I can not make a continuous recording from either camera. So I miss essential views. What am i doing wrong? Thanks for the answers. Gert

    Hi Gert,

Can you see from the videos what happens just before the moment the video stops? Did you also format the SD card using the Innovv app? How is the power supply of the K7? And are all connectors connected properly?
The recordings from the front and rear cameras do not connect to each other. Do you mean that a front recording does not connect to a rear recording in time? This could be correct. There are actually two time loops recorded. One for the front camera, so recordings from the front camera that connect to each other in time. And one for the rear camera. Just look at the naming of the video files.

    Hi Hans,

I have installed the latest firmware, I have formatted the card with the INNOVV app, the power is provided by an ENERpower Battery 10.8V-11.1V (12V) 10000 mAh. The videos of both the front camera and the rear camera always have the same number and the same length. But with the videos shorter than 1 minute often a part of 10 to 20 seconds is missing…. You can see this in the recordings, but also by adding the number of seconds a film lasts to the start time and comparing this with the start time of the next recording. I hope I am clear enough. The green light showing the recording takes place, always burns steady.

    Greetings, Gert.

    Hello Gert,
The SD card is a fast type, U3?
If you set a lower resolution/bitrate, do you also miss seconds of video?
The videos that are shorter than the set 1 minute, do they occur randomly or do they occur on a traceable event? For example a bump in the road, a voltage drop due to the use of an electrical accessory, or due to…?

I have installed another battery and ordered a SD U3 (now using U1). I will wait for the result and report back. Greetings, Gert

    Hi Hans,

I think the problem is solved. Today I cycled with another battery and a small SD card that I used to update the firmware. All the recordings now last exactly 1 minute and are without loss of image. Now I just have to find out if it was the battery or the SD card. I suspect the latter…..

    Thanks, Gert.

    Hi Gert,
I would like to know if another SD card was the final solution. I would guess the SD card instead of the battery.

Today I cycled with the “old” battery en the new SD card. “All is well that ends well”!

    Thanks for all your advice.

    Gert 😀
