Hi have fitted k6 camera but when I come to view files all I get is this and video wont play??

What app are you using watch the video? Is this on your phone or computer?

Can you see video live from the k6 using the Innovv app?

Just downloading from app toy android phone , it has played some from sunday when I was testing it , not done live stream yet

Hi Kev,
By ‘Just downloading from app toy android phone’, do you mean the Innovv app or another app?
What exact steps do you take to view the files?
During recording, what does the LED indicate? Which color(s) are flashing or not?
You can see in the app that recordings have been made; under Card Capacity, can you see that disk space is being used?
Did you format the SD card using the Innovv?
Does the SD card meet the specifications as stated by Innovv, with a write speed higher than U3?
Do you have the possibility to test with another phone?

I download from the innovv app and then play , not at home at moment will be there for weekend so will reply with all the information then , many thanks for the message

Have you given the app all the permissions it needs? Including viewing media (photos and videos)?

Hi Hans ,all permissions granted on app , looks like its the micro sd card ,have ordered another one just to be shure , will update when it arrives

New card fitted seems to be working ok at moment will know more when I ride out on bike friday afternoon, how long are the clips usually, mine are recording in 7 or 8 second sections?

Hi Kev,
The clips should have the length you set in Recording settings – Loop Recording Duration.
Are your clips actually consecutive? Or are there time gaps between these clips? Because if they are so short, there is something more going on. If you are standing still, are the clips also this short?

They are Consecutive ive been sorting settings out tonight and is recording clips well over 3 mins
