    i am installing my new K5 and i am getting every error code (except rear camera connection) and my phone can not find the wifi.

    no gps connection, no wifi, and both memory card codes are flashing.

    i tried ‘submit a ticket’ and am unsure if it was submitted. i tried the chat built into the app and no response after 15 minutes. i paid $15 for operator assisted dialing of the +86 752 2675250 number and china’s telecom system said it was a restricted number.

    i gave up my ride on my one day off to work on this and now what do i do?

    do i spend 2 hours uninstalling everything a contact Amazon for a replacement?

    i contacted amazon, already shipped back. un-installing app and will never be back to check for answers to this post. 😡

    Okay, so you won’t read this answer, but maybe other Innovv users will find it useful.
    If you don’t provide more information about what you’ve already tried, with what brand/model phone, how the power supply is connected, etc. etc., then don’t expect an immediate response.
    This forum is also mostly run by volunteers, and they aren’t always online. Well, if you’re frustrated after waiting for three hours…
    Besides, if there’s a time difference between your location and China, you shouldn’t expect an answer within 15 minutes. After all, Innovv doesn’t have a 24-hour service.
