Failure to download
Hello all,
I have tried and tried to get my n2 to download footage to my phone to no avail.
Correct me if I’m wrong please.
1 turn on unit
2 open app on phone.
3 go to phone wifi settings and connect to camera wifi.
4 in app select camera files.
Each time I try to do this it just gets in a loop asking me to accept camera connection.
When I check wifi my phone reports excellent connection and strong signal.
I got rid of my n1 pro in favour of the n2 so I could download footage without removing the SD card.
So far it won’t do that!

Hello,
try switching your phone to Airplane Mode before connecting to the N2.

Hi Christopher,
You don’t have a VPN connection enabled? If so, disable it. -
While N2 is booting you need to tap download before the home screen can load.

I am in the same boat… I can watch my cameras live on my phone, so I know im connected, but when I go to videos, it’s empty on my phone..

To watch your videos on your phone, you must first download them.
You can view them either directly from the camera (Camera Files) or after downloading them from your phone (Local Files)

That’s the issue, they won’t download to my phone…..

When I get to the innovv download screen and hit download, nothing happens..

Have you already tried downloading the videos using the Innovv app?
Connect to the N2 and open the app.
Select Document, Camera Files, Continuos Videos. Wait until the video thumbnails become visible. Click on a thumbnail and select download.
