Gaps between clips
I have k7 fitted and it is recording as it should however there are 10 sec gaps between each 5 min clip on the front camera and around 5 sec gaps on the rear camera.

How do you watch the videos? Directly from the camera, or did you download them first?
Have you tried different settings (resolution/bitrate)?
Is there a 10-second gap during playback, or is there a 10-second gap when you view the files themselves on your computer? -

I removed the memory card and viewed them on my laptop.
I noticed it started recording in 5 min clips with no gaps but then started recording in very short clips with gaps.
The only setting i changed from when it worked previously is the clip size from 3 to 5 mins.
I am going to change this back to 3 mins & test.

Sorry in response to your lest question, there is a gap between the end of one clip and the start of the next clip for example, one of the clips ends at 10:22:28 but the following clip does not start until 10:23:03 with an obvious gap in the footage.

Did you format the SD card using the Innovv app?
Sometimes an Innovv camera can have some difficulty handling the SD card when it’s read on a PC. Does the SD card meet the Innovv specifications?
Could it be that a connector isn’t properly connected, causing the video to temporarily stop recording?
Is the power supply working properly? Can you tell when it’s not recording? For example, are you signaling, using the horn, or something similar? This is to rule out a power supply issue. -

I did.
I have just tried recording with the bike on the stand in the garage and the clips are really short, 30 secs and 1 min 17.
It is really frustrating for such an expensive piece of kit.
