Hi Karl,
Does the N2 work well without gloves?
Are you able to test it with different gloves? In my experience, with gloves on, it’s sometimes harder to feel if you’re touching the touchscreen correctly with enough pressure.
Are you using a screen protector? -
Hi Karl,
I currently have no idea what the cause could be. Has it worked with your gloves before? I don’t have N2 myself, so I can’t test this myself.
I think it’s best to contact Innovv directly to resolve this issue: [email protected] or https://innovv.com/pages/contact
I assume you purchased the N2 directly from Innovv; if not, please contact your seller.innovv.com

The unit is brand new never used no screen protector on it. My gloves have touch pads on the fingers etc so should work (have done on my old carpuride unit) so I have contacted support so hopefully they can help me

Hi Karl,
I’m curious to see how it goes.
There are different types of touchscreens: pressure-sensitive and capacitive etc. This could be the difference between the N2 and the Carpuride. However, that doesn’t change the fact that the N2 should be operable while wearing motorcycle gloves.
