H5 not working
I went to use my H5 this morning and it would not turn on 😞 so when I arrived home, I checked the H5 battery which was fully charged, the H5 still would not turn on, so I then used a second battery from my wife’s H5 again no luck, the silly part is the H5 was working fine yesterday and have the videos from it on my computer but I cannot get it to work today, yes it has hat the firm ware update as that was the first thing I did, other than that I love it.
I have submitted as ticket to INNOVV as I purchase it direct from them on the last black Friday sale 2024.

Hi Herman,
Does the H5 turn on when you feed it directly via the USB connection? And if you hold the button down a bit longer, does anything happen?

Hello Hans, No I have tried all that and nothing happens, so I have contacted Jelly Xie at INNOVV, the last thing I did was confirm my address, so I am just waiting for further info from them.
