  • I can’t see the videos on the app

    Good morning
    why can’t I see the videos on the INNOVV (K7) app anymore? I’ve done all the updates, I’ve reinstalled the app many times, but nothing!
    If I insert the sveda sd into the computer instead I see everything, even if some recordings have no audio which is another problem.

    How can I solve it?

    Question 1:
    Have you recently changed anything on the K7 or on the phone?
    How do you try to watch the videos. Describe step by step what you do.

    Question 2:
    Regarding your audio problem, with which program do you play the videos?
    What have you checked yourself?

    Please provide as much information as possible for both questions and explain what you have tried yourself.

    I haven’t changed anything on the phone (android)
    I open the app, open the documents folder, camera files, videos or photos. And a black screen opens. All with the phone connected to the bike’s control unit.
    I play the videos on the PC with VLCmedia player, in the past everything worked perfectly, the last time some videos had working audio and others didn’t, within the same recording session.
    I tried to update the control unit with sd 32, uninstalled the app with reinstallation and restarted the phone several times

    Hi Maurizio,
    I suspect that the SD card is causing problems.
    Do you want to format your SD card using the Innovv app. Then make new recordings and see what happens.
    You should also keep in mind that the K7 is set to 2.4G, so transferring videos can take longer. This also means that it takes longer for them to become visible in the app under camera files.
    The larger the video files, the longer it takes to send them. If the K7 is set to 2.4G, you could switch to 5G.
