Important videos disappearing
Been using the K7 for some months without issues.
Lately, when I press the button to protect a video, it disappears. The EMR directory is empty and the video for that time period is no longer in the standard video directory. I tried deleting the non-standard videos directories (Photos and the EMR one) and while the EMR was created again when I turned the camera on again, the same thing happened – a video that was supposed to be protected is no longer in the standard directory and the newly-created EMR directory is empty.
Trying to update firmware later today and/or resetting the whole thing if that doesn’t work, but this seems like a pretty serious bug. I recorded a driver’s dangerous and illegal behaviour towards a family earlier today and the footage is lost because I tried to make sure to protect that video.

Hi Ma,
Isn’t a folder created with a name like ‘protected’ or something similar? Because EMR recordings are generally those made when the G-sensor is activated, not when the button is pressed.
Have you tried formatting the SD card with the Innovv app and then recording a protected video?
Sometimes an SD card read from a computer can no longer be properly handled by an Innovv camera. Only when the SD card is formatted using the Innovv app does everything work properly again.
