    Good day, after installation the camera worked for one day, and stopped recording. after turning on the ignition all the lights come on, then the camera light blinks 12 times, stops blinking, the continuous light of the camera light comes on for one time, and again the cycle starts with all the lights coming on. The connection to the camera cannot be established.

    Hi Jedrekmac,

    I suspect it is a power problem. The voltage may be too low to fully restart the K5.
    The blue LED is flashing, this also indicates a power problem.

    What is your battery voltage when the ignition is on?
    What happens when you start the engine? Does the K5 then continue and does the blue LED light up continuously?

    Can you connect a power bank to the USB connection of the K5 (it must be able to supply enough power) to see whether the K5 will restart? You must then disconnect the power module from the K5.

    K-5 camera does not start the voltage is 13.7 volts with the engine running Film 1, after starting the engine all the LEDs light up together ie camera, GPS, Wi-fi, then the camera LED flashes 12 times and the cycle repeats, it is impossible to connect to K5. the LED on Connected power flashes steadily. Test 2 the camera was connected to the rectifier voltage 13.2-13.5V Film 2 the camera behaves the same does not start all LEDs light up together ie camera, GPS, Wi-fi, then the camera LED flashes 12 times and the cycle repeats.

    Hi Jedrek,

    The fact that the blue LED flashes despite the correct supply voltage is not good. With a good supply voltage, the blue LED should remain on continuously. I suspect the power module is the cause of the problem.
    Can you connect the K5 to a USB power bank using the USB connection? Then disconnect the power module from the K5. The USB power bank must have enough power for the K5 to work. If the K5 now works properly, this means that the problem must be found with the power module.

    K-5 camera hooked up to a new battery, starts up without a memory card there is a connection to the phone after inserting the memory card the camera does not start up, the camera LED flashes 12 times also lights up the GPS LED, Wi-fi and the cycle repeats. The wifi network on the phone does not start. A reboot of the camera was performed did not help. Tests were performed on 11 different memory cards. Camera with memory card does not start.
