I have no problem connecting to WiFi, however, the App attempts to connect for a few seconds, then displays the message.

I updated the firmware as per instructions, which did not resolve the issue.

Is there a problem with the iPhone App that I am not aware of?

The camera works, and my only way to access footage is to take out the SD card and plug it into the phone via an adaptor or into the computer.

    edit:

I put the phone into airplane mode, connected to WiFi, then tried the App, nothing.

Took the bike outside storage unit, powered up and let it idle for a while, having a stable power supply, I tried again … NOTHING

    Hi Vjekoslav,
Do you have a VPN active? If so, turn it off.
Can you connect to your K3 with another phone (maybe an Android)? This is to find out if the problem is with the K3 or the iPhone.

    Hi Hans,

The VPN is off I do have an old Android phone, which I will test later today.

The phone does not have cellular service, but going back to the “putting phone in airplane mode” theory, it should work as if it were activated but set in airplane mode, so we’ll see.

The previous owner of the bike left a charging cable for an iPhone, and I can tell his phone was an older model, so I suspect my phone may be the problem.

I am glad I kept my old Android phone; it was an instant success, and now it is dedicated to this purpose.

      Hi Vjekoslav,
Good that it works with the Android phone.
Now to find out why it goes wrong with the iPhone. Is there no virus scanner/firewall active on the iPhone?

I have Norton 360, looking at app settings on both phones to try to identify the culprit, but not seeing anything that jumps out at me, two different operating systems.

As long as it works, I don’t care how it works.
