iphone connection
Hi Chaps , just joined and fitted my k5, updated the firmware .The lights on the remote are all on and firmly lite, have the wifi on the k5 but the screen on the app every time i click the camera or video it comes up, please ensure the device is connected. which it is. i don’t seem to be able to go any further. i removed the 512 gig card. formatted it updated and replaced and it still comes up ensure the device is connected. Before reformatting there was 5 photos taken front and rear and 20 videos of 1 minute in length. Any advice would be very helpful.

Do you have a VPN connection turned on? If so, turn it off.
