Is last firmware update corrupted?
I have bought 2 new SD cards now of 256 A1 U3 and when I put them in both say no card! I then formatted on my desktop and tried again and still not recognised? I think Innovv should check the firmware to make sure it recognises larger capacity cards. Maybe supplying the correct card with the unit would help?

Hi Terence,
The K7 supports cards with a capacity of up to 512GB, so a 256GB card shouldn’t be a problem.
Does the previous SD card you used still work without issues? You can purchase the correct card for the K7 on the Innovv website: see https://innovv.com/collections/k7-accessories/products/evo-plus-adapter-microsdxc-512gb
If you are unsure about the firmware, I don’t know which version you have, but I might have an older version available.
Do the new cards click into the slot properly?
In what format do you format the cards using the computer?
