Issues connecting to H5 with Android phone
I have taken delivery of my H5 unit but cannot seem to be able to connect to it via the app. I have a Samsung S23 Ultra and when I try I get the message “connected without internet”. The INNOVV instructions mention about making a change to my phone for WLAN but on my phone there is no option to do this. Has anyone else come across this at all? If so, how did you get it resolved?
